VIP package

The VIP package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and free access to the VIP lounge, VIP grandstands and of course the public expo area and the transition area. VIP guests move freely between all activities and areas, where VIP guides will be available until the VIP activities end around 16:30. Of course you are invited to continue the celebration in the VIP lounge which is open until 23:00 when the last IRONMAN participant crosses the finish line. Special VIP parking spaces will also be available.

Breakfast at Kalmarsalen glass veranda

The VIP program starts at 06:30 with breakfast at Kalmarsalen event-, concert and conference hall. Enjoy your delicious breakfast on the charming glass veranda overlooking the starting area, and witness the starting point of IRONMAN Sweden Kalmar at 07:00.

After the start we head towards the fairgrounds and the transition area to watch the athletes make their first transition from swimming to cycling, which is expected to take place around 08:00. The IRONMAN fairgrounds are open between 08:00 to 19:00 and offer exhibitions, market-places, café, restaurant, bike shop and Intersport section.

VIP lounge at Kalmar big square

The VIP lounge is open between 09:00 to 11:00 and is located on Stortorget (Kalmars big square) next to the VIP stands and the finish line area. Relax with coffee, snacks and fruits, mingle while waiting for the athletes second transition from cycling to running, which is expected to take place around 12:00 at the transition area.

• At 13:00 Lunch will be served in the VIP lounge.
• Between 16.00 to 17.30 dinner is served in the VIP lounge.
• At 16:30 we cheer and toast with champagne to the award ceremony for the first woman and man.

VIP grandstands where the action is

For the big finish line party with music and happenings there are reserved seats for you front row. Around 15:00 we move on to the VIP grandstands overlooking the athletes running their final laps. The first athlete is expected to reach the finish line area around 15:30, greeted by cheers, ovations and festive atmosphere from the grandstands.
